This role initially involves engaging in production and design work, alongside management tasks, with the opportunity to transition into a focus on business development, team leadership, and strategic growth. The trajectory of this transition will depend on your ability to bring in business and expand the team.

Responsibilities

• Lead the electrical engineering team, focusing on growth and development.
• Engage in business development to expand company reach and project portfolio.
• Design and review calculations, drawings, and construction documents for commercial, residential, municipal, multifamily, and mixed-use projects.
• Manage and lead projects from conception to completion.
• Shape and grow the team according to your vision.
• Take on department leadership and director-level responsibilities.
• Potentially progress to a partnership track within a few years.

Essential Skills

• Proficiency in Revit software.
• Expertise in electrical engineering and electrical design.
• Previous experience in managing commercial, residential, municipal, multifamily, and mixed-use projects.
• Strong project management skills.
• Proven business development capabilities.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $62.50 - $130.00/hr.
