This role focuses on hardware aspects of products throughout their entire lifecycle, including architecture, planning, design, verification, and validation. The successful candidate will provide electrical-design technical leadership for cross-functional new product development and sustaining engineering projects. The hardware design development will involve products based on various sensing technologies, such as optical and electrochemical, and communication technologies, both wired and wireless.
The work environment is centered around high technology leadership, offering opportunities to engage in cutting-edge engineering practices. The role requires technical leadership, with a focus on mentoring rather than people or overall management. The candidate will be involved in hands-on electronics design, testing at offsite facilities, and collaboration within a regulated industry setting.
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Minneapolis, Minnesota.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $58.00/hr.
