Electrical Engineer
The role of Electrical Engineer is pivotal in ensuring the successful execution of diverse projects. The selected candidate will serve as a technical expert, lead project engineer, and will contribute to business development efforts. While the primary focus will be on educational facilities, municipal/civic facilities, and retail, there are also opportunities to work in multifamily, commercial, and higher education sectors.
Responsibilities
- Act as a project manager and electrical task leader on projects.
- Lead the work of the project team and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Communicate expectations professionally and clearly to all stakeholders.
- Contribute to a collaborative team environment by being proactive and clear in communication.
- Leverage experience and contacts in the Minnesota Metro market.
Essential Skills
- Proficiency in electrical engineering and electrical design.
- Advanced skills in Revit and knowledge of AutoCAD Electrical.
- Familiarity with industry standards and codes.
- Experience in SCADA systems, programmable logic controllers, and related technology.
- Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Certificate or diploma from a college, university, or technical/community college in a related area.
- At least 4+ years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience in the building engineering industry.
- Ability to identify different pieces of equipment for all disciplines and understand their function and use.
- Proficiency with Autodesk Revit and knowledge of Autodesk AutoCAD is a plus.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $85000.00 - $110000.00/yr.
