Responsibilities
- Design and maintain proprietary electrical design systems for data center cooling products.
- Create electrical wiring schematics, panel/terminal layout drawings, and wire loom documentation.
- Participate in design meetings and communicate effectively with project coordinators, design team members, and application engineers.
- Coordinate the panel-build and line wiring for prototype and production units with internal or external employees.
- Consider all aspects of product operation in the design of an electrical/control system, ensuring compliance, enhancements, and safety.
- Liaise with project leadership and mechanical engineering personnel to create structured product configurable super BOMs.
- Lead and instruct the design group on controls and electrical design of products.

This is a permanent position based out of Racine, WI.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $96,000.00 - $144,000.00/yr.
