We are seeking a highly skilled Electrical Engineer to manage projects from inception to completion. The role involves designing electrical power distribution systems in Revit, selecting project equipment, and managing client interactions. The successful candidate will also be responsible for mentoring two junior staff members, as well as engaging in lighting and power distribution design.

Our office environment is collaborative and dynamic, with a small team where everyone works together across different segments of the business. The work schedule includes four days in the office and the flexibility to work from home on Fridays. Our clean office space includes individual cubicles or offices, sitting areas, and a kitchen. The work hours are typically 8:30 am to 5 pm, with some flexibility if work is being completed. You will have the opportunity to work closely with the company's owner and a team of eager and smart staff. The firm is dedicated to growth and offers opportunities to work under a Professional Engineer to gain hours for licensure. This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Brielle, NJ. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $55.28 - $72.11/hr.
