Power Electronics Engineer

Responsibilities and qualifications:

- Strong understanding of power electronics topologies and control.

- Review schematic PCB designs, calculation and simulation of power electronics converters.

- Conduct the verification and validation tests for power electronics systems ensuring compliance with industry and requirements.

- Strong hands-on and trouble-shooting skills in testing and verifications of power electronics systems including the use of lab equipment battery simulators power supplies E-loads scope etc..

- Capability to analysis the root-cause of the power electronics system and drive RD activities independently.

- Strong technical writing and communication skills with the ability to convey complex concepts clearly.

Preferred qualifications:

- M. S degree in Electrical Engineering Power Electronics or a related field.

- 5 years of experience in power electronics development and testing.

- Solid understanding power electronics fundamentals.

- Knowledge of automotive requirements.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $55.00 - $62.00/hr.
