 
                                                
                                            Design, develop, and test avionics electronic hardware, including analog and digital circuits, embedded systems, and power electronics.
Support system integration of avionics hardware with software, sensors, and aircraft systems.
Conduct reliability, environmental, and functional testing in compliance with aerospace standards (e.g., DO-160, DO-254).
Prepare detailed engineering documentation including schematics, test procedures, design reports, and compliance documentation.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues in prototype and production avionics systems.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales and Business Development to develop new capabilities supporting the needs of the customer.
Closely work with electronics technicians, customer engineers, software developers, and certification specialists.
Ensure all designs meet safety, reliability, and airworthiness certification requirements.
Manage diminishing supply (DMSMS) and obsolescence risks by identifying end-of-life components, evaluating alternatives, and developing mitigation strategies, all within a Class 2 change classification.
Perform reverse engineering of legacy avionics hardware to support redesign, modernization, replication, or replacement of obsolete components and systems.
Work with supply chain and procurement teams to qualify replacement parts, manage vendor relationships, and ensure long-term supportability of avionics products.

Pay and benefits: The pay range for this position is $57.69 - $67.30/hr.
