The Electrical Engineer will engage in research, development, design, and testing of electrical components, equipment, and systems specifically for industrial furnaces. The role requires creating schematics and designing control cabinets using AutoCAD Electrical, alongside programming equipment using PLCs. The position offers access to existing code design templates to minimize the need for programming from scratch. The engineer will work on various projects such as enhancing operator interface designs or upgrading control systems. Hours: Monday to Friday, with standard hours from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, and does not require overtime.

The team is small, close-knit, and enjoys team lunches and events. The position involves desk work for 80% of the time in a professional setting.
Job Type & Location:
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Riverside, MI. Pay range for this position is $35.00 - $41.00/hr.
