Design Engineer

Mechanical Designer

We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Designer to join our client's team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in using Autodesk Inventor, with a minimum of one year of experience. This role involves transforming AutoCAD drawings into 3D models and assembling parts from drafts.

Responsibilities

• Utilize Autodesk Inventor to convert AutoCAD drawings into 3D models.
• Assemble and create parts from drafts to 3D models through solid modeling.
• Collaborate on new product development and mechanical design projects.
• Participate in sheet metal and drafting design tasks.

Essential Skills

• Proficiency in Autodesk Inventor with at least one year of professional experience.
• Experience in sheet metal, drafting, and design.
• Strong mechanical design and engineering skills.
• Background in new product development.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience with iLogic is a plus.
• Familiarity with Autodesk AutoCAD is an advantage.
• Sheet metal design experience is beneficial.

Work Environment

This is a Contract position based out of Pacific, Missouri.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $35.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
