Customer Service Representative

Deliver exceptional service by greeting customers, answering questions, and assisting with prescription drop-offs, refills, and orders. Communicate effectively with patients via phone, email, and in person to confirm orders, schedule pickups, and resolve issues. Provide support in insurance and billing by helping patients understand their coverage, processing claims, and explaining costs clearly. Promote health and wellness by sharing information about pharmacy programs, immunizations, and health screenings. Ensure smooth operations by assisting with inventory, maintaining records, and keeping the workspace organized and welcoming. Address customer concerns empathetically and collaborate with the team to find solutions.

Responsibilities

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Pharmacy tech or customer service certification is a plus.
• Previous experience in customer service, retail, or pharmacy preferred.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Fairfield, Ohio.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $15.00 - $16.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
