The Customer Service Representative (CSR) will support the Repair Station by managing customer interactions, quoting repair orders, and ensuring timely processing of jobs. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and external customers.

The work hours for this position are Monday through Friday, from 7:00 am to 3:30 pm. The role involves a fast-paced environment requiring interaction with various teams and handling approximately 40 requests daily. The dress code is professional.

Pay and Benefits:
