As a Cost Engineer, you will collaborate closely with the Project Manager and team to ensure the effective input, monitoring, and implementation of the JDE Quantity Book. You will be responsible for drafting and reviewing project-related communications, assessing impacts of owner notices, and managing contract provisions. Your role will include overseeing the tracking and execution of project change requests, managing subcontract processes, and handling subcontractor payments. Additionally, you will manage the owner change directive process and contribute to monthly claims cost reporting.
This role offers a hybrid work environment, including time at the Air Train Project site. You will have the opportunity to work on a variety of large, high-profile projects that impact your community.
The pay range for this position is $80000.00 - $130000.00/yr.
