Siemens Controls Engineer
We're seeking a highly skilled Siemens Controls Engineer with deep expertise in machine-level automation, ideally within the automotive sector. This role goes beyond typical contractor support — we're looking for a station-level owner who can take full responsibility for complex controls tasks and drive project success from development through commissioning. You will be working onsite at Tesla in Brooklyn Park, MN.
Responsibilities
- Lead station-level controls engineering for automated equipment
- Design, develop, and troubleshoot Siemens PLC-based control systems
- Collaborate with mechanical and electrical teams to ensure seamless integration
- Own and execute controls tasks beyond basic support — including programming, debugging, and optimization
- Support onsite operations in Minnesota for 6 months, then transition to Texas for equipment commissioning
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle

- 7–10 years of hands-on experience with Siemens controls systems

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $60.00 - $70.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
