Participate as a member of the engineering team in developing new manufacturing equipment, integration, and improvement initiatives to support advanced manufacturing.
Collaborate with Advanced Manufacturing & Technology engineering staff and Operations Project Leaders to ensure schedule attainment and robust documentation for the successful transition of machine development activities into a manufacturing setting.
Design machine electrical controls solutions, safety system integration, develop schematics and bill of materials, procure materials, and handle panel building, wiring, programming, and commissioning activities.
Demonstrate strong motion control and synchronized motion programming skills.
Develop electrical schematics using CAD.
Integrate systems including PLCs, HMIs, servo and VFD drives, industrial robots, machine vision and inspection systems, laser marking and welding, material handling and feeding systems, and safety light curtains and area scanners.
This is a contract to hire position based out of Brookfield, WI.
The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $75.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
