Work Environment
The Oxford facility is Revlon's largest manufacturing site globally, spanning an area equivalent to 12 football fields. It is a modern, climate-controlled manufacturing plant producing cosmetics, fragrances, skincare, and personal care products. The environment is cleaner and more regulated than heavy manufacturing plants due to FDA quality expectations. Employees work in conditioned production areas, maintenance shops, and offices, ensuring a comfortable and safe working environment.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $50.00/hr.
