Participate in the engineering team for the development of new manufacturing equipment and improvement initiatives.
Collaborate with Advanced Manufacturing & Technology engineering staff and Operations PLs to ensure schedule attainment and robust documentation.
Develop machine electrical controls solutions, integrate safety systems, and create schematics and bills of materials.
Build and wire panels and machines, program and commission activities.
Demonstrate strong motion control and synchronized motion programming skills.
Develop electrical schematics using CAD software.
Integrate various systems including PLCs, HMIs, servo and VFD drives, industrial robots, and more.
Stay aware of NEC, NFPA 79, NFPA 70E, ANSI B11, and ANSI R15 standards.
Identify and implement new technologies and controls strategies.
Emphasize expertise in Allen Bradley PLCs and HMIs.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $75.00/hr.
