Controls Engineer
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with sales and customers to create custom solutions for paint, fluid, and adhesive applications.
- Assist in designing and developing industrial paint process equipment.
- Engage in servo motion, VFD, and stepper motion projects.
- Utilize Studio 5000 / Factory Talk for required tasks and integrate with systems like Fanuc, Siemens, and Codesys.
- Document electrical schematics using 2D CAD and Solidworks Electrical.
- Troubleshoot electrical systems effectively.
- Participate in panel building and mechanical assembly as needed.
- Commission systems onsite to ensure proper functionality.
Pay and Benefits:
The pay range for this position is $32.00 - $32.00/hr.
