We are seeking a Project Engineer or Project Manager to provide short-term support on a federal construction project. This role will focus heavily on submittals and work plan reviews, with the ability to work remotely when not required on site. The position will require on-site presence in North Dakota for approximately three months.
This is a field-based heavy civil environment supporting a federal client, structured, safety-driven, and documentation-focused. You will work alongside experienced crews and company-owned equipment in a hands-on, field-first culture. Expect time outdoors and direct coordination with foremen, operators, and labor crews to keep production moving safely and efficiently. The environment emphasizes professionalism and adherence to federal standards, requiring consistent PPE, pre-task planning, and compliance with site rules. The project is located near Garrison Dam by Riverdale, ND, in a rural, wide-open setting near Lake Sakakawea. Expect a remote-project rhythm with early starts and weather-dependent production.
We reserve the right to pay above or below the posted wage based on factors unrelated to sex, race, or any other protected classification.
