Commissioning Engineer

We are seeking a Commissioning Engineer who is passionate about powering the digital world by ensuring that complex electrical or mechanical systems perform with precision and meet the highest standards. You will travel to high-impact project sites across the U.S. during the workweek, working closely with clients, contractors, and teammates to bring state-of-the-art systems online. Responsibilities:

• Validate installation and performance of power or HVAC systems such as UPS, generators, switchgear, and CRACs.
• Lead commissioning activities from start to finish, including test scripts and data analysis.
• Collaborate closely with clients, contractors, and cross-functional teammates to keep projects aligned and moving.
• Own your scope, communicate openly, and follow through to ensure results.
• Travel to top-tier data center projects and make a visible impact.

Essential Skills:

• Mechanical, HVAC, and experience with MEP systems, specifically HVAC and liquid cooling.
• Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD.
• Experience with mission-critical projects, design, plumbing, piping, and engineering.
• 2+ years of experience as a Commissioning Engineer or Technician.
• Minimum of 1 year of mission-critical project experience in advanced manufacturing, data centers, semiconductors, or healthcare.
• 1+ years of experience with commissioning test scripts and data analysis.
• Experience working on power or HVAC systems (UPS, generators, switchgear, CRACs).

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

• Commissioning Engineer (Mechanical OR Electrical).

Work Environment:

This is a 100% traveling position from Monday to Friday, with the goal of having employees home for one week per month. You will work on mission-critical projects, primarily in data centers, ensuring systems are commissioned with precision. Job Type & Location:

This is a Permanent position based out of Phoenix, AZ.

Pay and Benefits:

The pay range for this position is $95000.00 - $125000.00/yr. 100% premiums paid for medical, dental, vision for employee + family 4% 401(k) match 32 days off - holiday, PTO, and sick time annual professional development budgets for licensure and certifications
