Civil Engineer (EIT Required)

We are seeking an engineer in training (EIT) with 3-7 years of experience to join our dynamic team. This role involves working on a variety of projects related to NPDES, land development, permits, public meetings, engineering design, storm water management, and civil site design. You will leverage your expertise in Civil 3D and AutoCAD to contribute to successful project outcomes and collaborate effectively with municipalities.

Responsibilities

• Participate in project engineering tasks including storm water management and civil site design.
• Prepare and review engineering designs, civil drawings, and civil CAD documents.
• Coordinate and attend public meetings to discuss project plans and progress.
• Ensure compliance with NPDES and other permitting requirements.
• Engage in land development and construction projects within municipalities.

Essential Skills

• EIT certification.
• 3-7 years of civil engineering experience.
• Proficiency in Civil 3D and AutoCAD.
• Experience with NPDES, land development, and permits.
• Ability to work collaboratively with municipalities and attend public meetings.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Strong project management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Knowledge of storm water design and civil engineering construction.

The pay range for this position is $75000.00 - $120000.00/yr. Bonus structures- from profit sharing and performance 401k match blue cross blue shield benefitsprofit sharing summer hours ALL YEAR LONG5pm the parking lot is empty because they believe in a work life balance.

This is a fully onsite position in Blue Bell, PA.
