Civil Engineer – Expert Level

We're seeking an experienced Civil Engineer with a strong background in site design, stormwater management, and infrastructure planning to contribute to high-impact commercial, institutional, and residential projects.
What You'll Do
- Collaborate on conceptual site planning, roadway and utility design, stormwater management strategies, and cost estimation.
- Produce detailed construction and permitting drawings, including utility layouts, drainage improvements, and grading plans.
- Develop Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plans (SWPPP) and associated documentation.
- Author technical reports, specifications, and engineering studies to support project development.
- Communicate clearly and professionally with internal teams, clients, and stakeholders.
- Maintain project schedules and ensure timely delivery of high-quality work.
What You Bring
- Proven expertise in civil engineering, particularly in land development and site design.
- Advanced proficiency in Civil 3D, AutoCAD, and Hydrocad.
- Strong understanding of stormwater systems, drainage design, and grading.
- EIT certification required.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills
- Experience preparing permitting documents and navigating regulatory requirements.
- Familiarity with cost estimating and construction documentation.
- Passion for sustainable design and innovative engineering solutions.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $31.25 - $33.65/hr.
