Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Civil Engineer with expertise in land development and the production of site plans. This role focuses on creating comprehensive site plans that incorporate grading, drainage, and utility considerations.

Responsibilities

• Develop site plans that include grading, drainage, and utility layouts.
• Utilize Civil 3D software to design and manage civil engineering projects.
• Collaborate with the survey and civil engineering team to ensure accurate and efficient project execution.
• Engage in project management activities to oversee the progress and quality of site development projects.

Essential Skills

• Civil Engineering Degree
• 3+ years of experience in developing site plans
• Proficiency in Civil 3D software

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• EIT or P.E. certification preferred
• Experience with Microstation
• Project management skills
• Knowledge of stormwater design and drainage systems

Work Environment

Work in an office setting alongside a survey and civil engineering team. The position involves engaging with developers and investors for private projects, leveraging established relationships with city engineers.

Job Type & Location

This is a Permanent position based out of Cleveland, OH.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $80000.00 - $110000.00/yr. Health Insurance PTO Flexible time when needed

This is a fully onsite position in Cleveland, OH.
