We are seeking a skilled Civil Engineer with expertise in land development and the production of site plans. This role focuses on creating comprehensive site plans that incorporate grading, drainage, and utility considerations.
Responsibilities
- Develop site plans that include grading, drainage, and utility layouts.
- Utilize Civil 3D software to design and manage civil engineering projects.
- Collaborate with the survey and civil engineering team to ensure accurate and efficient project execution.
- Engage in project management activities to oversee the progress and quality of site development projects.
Essential Skills
- Civil Engineering Degree
- 3+ years of experience in developing site plans
- Proficiency in Civil 3D software
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- EIT or P.E. certification preferred
- Experience with Microstation
- Project management skills
- Knowledge of stormwater design and drainage systems
Work Environment
Work in an office setting alongside a survey and civil engineering team. The position involves engaging with developers and investors for private projects, leveraging established relationships with city engineers.

This is a Permanent position based out of Cleveland, OH.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $80000.00 - $110000.00/yr. Health Insurance PTO Flexible time when needed
