CAD Engineer
We are seeking a skilled CAD Engineer with experience in CNC programming and manufacturing. This role involves developing CNC programs, optimizing production efficiency, and collaborating directly with machine operators. Responsibilities
- Develop CNC programs for Mill and Lathe machines using Mastercam.
- Design, assemble, procure, or modify tooling, fixtures, and equipment to optimize production efficiency.
- Support failure analysis and troubleshoot non-conforming products to identify root causes.
- Assist with rework and repair processes for manufactured components.
- Participate in the New Product Implementation (NPI) process.
- Collaborate directly with machine operators in a hands-on capacity.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Skills and Qualifications Required
- Minimum of 3 years of CNC programming experience (Mastercam or Solidworks preferred).
- At least 3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Proven experience with complex machine component processing.
- Proficient in writing and editing G & M code for CNC machines.
- Advanced blueprint reading and strong understanding of GD&T.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Experience with design, 3D modeling, and CAD software including Mastercam and Solidworks.

Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Oshkosh, Wisconsin.
The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $34.00/hr.
