CAD Engineer

CNC Engineer

Develop CNC programs for Mill and Lathe machines using Mastercam.

Design, assemble, procure, or modify tooling, fixtures, and equipment to optimize production efficiency.

Support failure analysis and troubleshoot non-conforming products to identify root causes.

Assist with rework and repair processes for manufactured components.

Participate in the New Product Implementation (NPI) process.

Collaborate directly with machine operators in a hands-on capacity.

Perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum of 3 years of CNC programming experience (Mastercam or Solidworks preferred).

At least 3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.

Proven experience with complex machine component processing.

Proficient in writing and editing G & M code for CNC machines.

Advanced blueprint reading and strong understanding of GD&T.

Experience with design, 3D modeling, and CAD software including Mastercam and Solidworks.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Oshkosh, WI.

The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $34.00/hr.
