As an Automation Technician, you will play a pivotal role in installing, maintaining, and repairing automated systems in both industrial and commercial settings. Your work will focus on improving efficiency and minimizing human intervention. You will assist Mechanical and Lab areas with preventative maintenance, and ensure the upkeep and repair of facilities and their assets. This includes troubleshooting and fixing machinery, plumbing, heating, and wiring, as well as inspecting buildings for safety compliance. You will also be tasked with creating purchase orders for maintenance and building upgrades and engaging in PLC programming.

Work Environment
You will work independently 50% of the time, making this role ideal for an independent worker. The shift is Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM. You will be the only one on-site in the evenings and unsupervised on the weekends, requiring a high level of trustworthiness. You will support Clean room labs and Mechanical areas, offering a unique opportunity to engage with one of the biggest Pharma Manufacturers in the world.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $45.00 - $50.00/hr.
