This role demands innovation in creating new manufacturing concepts utilizing the latest technologies, validating proof of concepts, and collaborating with the manufacturing engineering team to integrate these technologies into production. The position also involves collaborating on the launch of new or revised products to harness advanced manufacturing methods, with a focus on cost reduction, quality improvement, problem resolution, project management, and employee training. Expertise in CNC programming and processing new products through CNC machines is essential.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $95000.00 - $115000.00/yr.
