Our client, a well-established dealership in the Philadelphia area, is seeking dynamic Sales Professionals to join their growing team. This is a great opportunity for individuals with strong interpersonal skills, a customer-first mindset, and a passion for the automotive industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers, assess their needs, and guide them through the sales process
• Maintain knowledge of current inventory and promotions
• Provide product demonstrations and test drives
• Negotiate pricing, financing, and close deals professionally
• Maintain relationships with past and prospective customers
• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets

Qualifications

• Automotive or customer-facing sales experience preferred
• Excellent communication and people skills
• Highly motivated with a positive attitude
• Valid driver's license

Compensation: Base + commission structure
