Internal Operations Specialist

The Internal Operations Specialist will assist and assume accountability for the operational effectiveness of in-store executions for our clients. Responsibilities include setting up and managing online data collection questionnaires, overseeing questionnaire modifications, conducting quality assurance audits, maintaining the Excel Master Database, generating and maintaining reports, addressing and resolving issues, collaborating with departments, developing best practices, and performing additional administrative tasks.

Qualifications include a valid work permit, proficiency in Microsoft Excel, prior retail or merchandising experience, and a high school diploma or equivalent.
