Acosta Sales & Marketing is looking for an Outside Sales Representative to call on key decision makers at retail grocery stores to sell our products against promotions and some merchandising. The incumbent(s) in this position should exhibit the following Acosta values: People Minded, Integrity, Results Oriented, Trust, Teamwork, Innovation, and Balance.
Responsibilities include visiting assigned stores in the territory monthly, presenting new items for clients, securing orders, and assisting in merchandising. The role also requires maintaining current knowledge of products, maintaining full distribution and display of products, and performing miscellaneous duties as assigned.
Qualifications include two years prior grocery retail or CPG experience, ability to lift up to 30 pounds, valid driver's license, reliable transportation, willingness to work in cold conditions, effective communication skills, and good vision. Moderate to intermediate understanding of MSO (including Outlook, Teams/Zoom, Excel, and PowerPoint) is also required.
