ActionLink is searching for a collaborative Account Manager to join our leadership team! The Account Manager is responsible for the relationship between ActionLink and assigned client. This individual is responsible for ensuring that the client's needs are being met from an operational as well as a field execution standpoint. The Account Manager is responsible for identifying opportunities for the client, associated retailers, and ActionLink while managing all aspects and timelines of operations to meet Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). Goals of the position include Statement of Work (SOW) creation, supporting the build and implementation of KPI metrics, preparing and conducting Quarterly Business Reviews with the client, and ensuring client satisfaction and contract renewals. The Account Manager may also serve as a daily point of contact for the client's cross-functional partners to ensure program execution. This person must have strong communication skills, be well organized, and possess exceptional detail orientation. The Account Manager must build strong relationships with ActionLink field leadership to ensure a level of excellence in field execution.

Schedule will typically be Monday - Friday, with occasional evenings, occasional weekends

Duties
Support the achievement of key performance indicators for given clients' programs
Collaborate with clients to provide timelines, ensure deadlines are met, and provide recommendations for problem solving
Oversight of project management and quality control
Maintain strong partnerships with Human Resources and Recruiting Departments
Work with vendors to prepare jobs, provide updates, and maintain a strong working relationship
Collaborate with Field Management teams to ensure all information for in-store execution is provided
Work with Data Analysts to create client reporting, analyze data gathered and summarize outcome for client(s)
Coordinate, communicate and partner with internal operations and field management in order to provide successful results to client(s)
Assist with fulfillment orders and administration when needed based on capacity
Submit and maintain budget accuracy
Problem solve with teams to ensure all needs of the client and field representatives are met
Store visits with or without client is required to plan for program needs
Adhere to the guidelines of the ActionLink Travel and Expense Policies
Qualifications
Minimum 2 year college degree
Prior experience in account management, project management, or relevant client relations role
Knowledge of the retail and/or consumer electronics industry a plus
Exceptional time management and organizational skills
Ability to build and maintain strong relationships
Understanding of margins, retail sales incentives, etc.
Expertise with data analysis, sales tracking, compliance reporting
Skilled at problem solving and understanding client requests
Demonstrated critical thinking skills
Ability to work independently, with limited supervision
Physical Requirements
Must have the ability to travel to different locations, locally by vehicle and nationally by plane as needed
Must have and maintain a valid driver's license and be able to rent a car under ActionLink's corporate insurance standards
Ability to accommodate a remote home office environment with access to reliable high-speed internet connectivity
Must have the ability to use a computer, keyboard, mouse, phone, and other standard office equipment
Must be mobile and have the ability to sit and stand for extended periods of time
Ability to lift 10 lbs. periodically
