Senior Sales Operations Analyst
As a Senior Sales Operations Analyst, you'll play a key role in helping our organization achieve its strategic goals and drive operational excellence. You'll work closely with our customer-facing teams to maximize the impact of our sales technology and business metrics/analytics.
This is a fantastic opportunity to work on high-impact sales efficiency projects within our Revenue Operations team. You'll use your creativity and leadership skills to navigate between Salesforce, spreadsheets, and meetings, all while working on exciting projects that will shape the future of our sales team.
This role offers a high-impact opportunity for a strategic thinker with a strong analytical mindset to shape revenue operations and drive scalable growth. You may perform sales and compensation analytics by transforming information into business intelligence to help achieve our strategic sales objectives as well as building and socializing forecast models.
We're looking for a proactive, strategic thinker who thrives in a dynamic environment. You'll take ownership of day-to-day sales operations while contributing meaningfully to building new sales processes and planning initiatives to drive long-term success.
Strategy and Ops:
- Collaborate with GTM teams across the globe to understand their operational and strategic needs and apply best practices.
- Develop data infrastructure and other tools to make analytics easier and more effective.
- Own the long-term sales forecasting model.
- Be a thought leader and go-to expert on data resources and tools.
- Support sales leaders with managing opportunity pipelines and planning requirements.
Reporting and Data Analysis:
- Design and create dashboards and reports to track performance and process efficiency.
- Build and standardize business reporting for strategic analysis and internal business review.
- Produce ad-hoc analyses to help the team understand customer behavior and drive decision-making.
Salesforce Support:
- Ensure consistent use of sales technologies and best practices across teams.
- Update Salesforce as needed, maintain records, and run standard ad-hoc reports.
- Provide day-to-day support to the global sales organization, including demonstrating sales processes and answering related questions.
- Perform data validation/hygiene and end-user testing of dashboards to ensure accuracy and usability.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of relevant work experience in Rev Ops, Sales, Marketing, Finance, or related fields.
- Deeply data-driven, naturally curious, and passionate about building data-driven organizations.
- Strong data skills, able to handle large datasets in Excel/Sheets systematically.
- Intermediate/Advanced Salesforce experience (reporting, building dashboards, light admin).
- Strong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in work that goes to senior leadership.
- Excellent teaching and influencing skills to train people on new tools and processes.
- Flexibility and adaptability.
- Strong time and project management skills to help scope and prioritize projects.
- Excellent communication/interpersonal skills, comfortable working with stakeholders at all levels.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and strategically focused self-starter able to juggle multiple projects.
- Proven ability to thrive in a high-paced environment and respond to urgent requests.
Bonus Points For:
- Sales experience, Salesforce admin experience, or sales operations experience.
- Experience using SQL and/or Python for data analysis and modelling
- Experience with technologies like Outreach, Chorus.ai, DiscoverOrg, LeanData, Apollo, DemandBase
