- The Lead Frontend Engineer will own the architecture, design, and implementation of front-end features in Acerta's data analytics platform. - This role involves mentoring and guiding front-end developers, conducting code reviews, and fostering a collaborative team culture. - The engineer will work closely with stakeholders and designers to drive the design and implementation of user interfaces, ensuring the best user experience. - The position requires optimizing applications for speed and scalability, as well as maintaining high code quality through testing methodologies. - The engineer will also contribute to API development and collaborate with backend teams to ensure robust front-end integration with microservices.

⚡ Requirements

- The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 7 years of experience in front-end development, showcasing a strong background in React and Next.js. - A proven track record in a technical leadership role is essential, with at least 2 years of experience guiding teams and mentoring developers. - The successful individual will possess strong skills in TypeScript, enabling them to build maintainable and scalable codebases. - Experience with data visualization libraries such as D3, Echarts, and Recharts is crucial for creating interactive user interfaces. - The candidate should be adept at collaborating with cross-functional teams, including product managers and backend developers, to ensure seamless integration and user experience.
