$35.00 - $55.00 Per Hour + Monthly Bonus Opportunity

What You'll Do

• Diagnose, service, and repair residential HVAC systems
• Handle service calls, maintenance, and warranty work
• Work on furnaces, gas boilers, zone systems, and A/C equipment
• Communicate clearly with homeowners about system issues and solutions
• Recommend repairs or improvements when appropriate—not sales-driven

What You Need To Succeed:

• Min 3 years Residential HVAC experience
• EPA Universal Certification
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
• Customer-focused mindset with solid communication skills
• Ability to work independently while being part of a team
• High school diploma or GED
