What does a normal day look like?

• Educate customers on products
• Listen to customer needs
• Maintain store security
• Provide card services
• Process MoneyGram transactions
• Complete Bill Pay transactions
• Cash checks

Education

Required:

High School Diploma or equivalent or better.

Experience

Required:

1 year: Retail/customer service experience

1 year: Experience in a sales environment

Preferred:

A high-energy and sales-oriented personality

Strong oral and written communication skills

High attention to detail, with strong organizational skills

Ability to multi-task while still adhering to our customer service expectations

Ability to work independently in a solitary environment, with little to no supervision

Knowledge of basic math skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division in all unit measures using whole numbers, percentages, common fractions, and decimals

Ability to exchange U.S. currency in any denomination
