IT Support Technician

Location: Onsite in Bridgeville, PA (Tuesday - Saturday 11pm - 7am)

Job Type: Full Time / Contract to Hire

Work Authorization: No Sponsorship

The A.C.Coy Company has an immediate need for an IT Support Technician. Ideal candidates must have 5-10 years of prior Service desk or Operations support experience. Must be able to work third shift (11pm -7am).

Responsibilities

1. Operations team provides 24X7X365 on-site support
2. Ensure all hardware/software problems/Infrastructure issues are logged (tickets) and the appropriate staffs are notified
3. Perform equipment/network/fiber/copper installs and decommissions
4. Handle production changes and system turnovers
5. Third shift (11pm - 7am) Tuesday - Saturday

Qualifications

Education:

• Bachelor's degree - Preferred

Experience Required:

• IT Service Desk or Operations support - 5 -10 years
• Windows 10/11, Active Directory, Ticketing system (Any will be considered) - 5+ years
• Installation and decommissioning of equipment/network/routers/servers - 1+ years
• Documentation experience - able to provide detailed write up of problem and resolution - 5+ years
