What You'll Do

As a Junior Functional Analyst, you will:

• Gather requirements
• Engage with business stakeholders to understand their needs
• Document requirements and identify opportunities for process improvement
• Analyze business processes
• Analyze existing processes and identify pain points
• Propose optimized solutions to improve efficiency and effectiveness
• Translate needs into functional specifications
• Convert business requirements into clear, structured functional specifications
• Act as a bridge between business and IT teams
• Collaborate across teams
• Work closely with developers, testers, and project managers
• Ensure shared understanding and successful delivery
• Support testing & validation
• Define test scenarios together with testing teams
• Validate delivered functionality against requirements
• Support users & change
• Assist end users during implementations or enhancements
• Contribute to user training, documentation, and support
• Drive continuous improvement
• Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices
• Propose innovative ideas to improve business processes and solutions

What We're Looking For

Education

• You are graduating or recently graduated with a Master's degree in:
• Business, Economics or Engineering
• Or another relevant academic domain

• Solid communication skills (verbal & written)
• Ability to translate complex needs into clear documentation
