Workplace Service Delivery Operations Analyst

The Workplace Service Delivery Operations Analyst will provide support to the management of Workplace Operations in the Spanish-speaking South America (HSA) countries, where currently operate in Argentina, Chile, and Colombia.

Main Responsibilities:

• Implement office processes, including new and improvements to existing ones.
• Act as PMO in office openings and closures.
• Report on occupancy metrics and analyze space distribution to optimize its use.
• Follow up on ad hoc projects.
• Keep office designs updated in user tools (PLACES).
• Support initiatives that impact different internal areas.
• Coordinate internal team engagement activities.

Specific Tasks:

• Support team management in multiple projects.
• Collect, analyze data and prepare reports.
• Track commitments and delivery dates.
• Support communication and change management in daily operation.
• Develop and implement global guidelines and standardize best practices in HSA/LATAM.
• Participate in projects of modification and redistribution of office spaces.

Requirements:

• Technical or Engineering in administration.
• Experience in environments regulated by ISO standards.
• Experience in corporate/administrative processes (not industrial plant processes).
• Intermediate English.

Skills:

• Intermediate/advanced Excel (mandatory).
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Proactivity and independence.
• Interest in office space design and distribution.
