As a User Experience Engineer, you will be responsible for prototype work and other software engineering solutions that create an optimized user experience. Your typical day will involve translating design concepts into prototype solutions swiftly and tangibly, while maintaining a balanced understanding of technical feasibility and design intent. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that the user experience is both innovative and practical, contributing to the overall success of the projects you are involved in.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Engage in user research and testing to gather feedback and improve prototypes.
- Collaborate with designers and developers to ensure alignment on project goals.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in SAP ABAP Development for HANA.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles.
- Experience with prototyping tools such as Figma or Adobe XD.
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into user-friendly designs.
- Familiarity with agile development methodologies.
