As a User Experience Engineer, you will be responsible for creating and refining prototypes and software engineering solutions that enhance user experience. Your typical day will involve collaborating with design teams to translate concepts into tangible prototypes, ensuring that both technical feasibility and design intent are effectively balanced. You will engage in iterative design processes, gathering feedback and making adjustments to optimize the user interface and overall experience for end users. Your role will also require you to stay updated on the latest trends in user experience design and technology, allowing you to bring innovative ideas to the table.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME.
• Collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Facilitate workshops and brainstorming sessions to foster creativity and innovation within the team.
• Mentor junior team members, providing guidance and support to enhance their skills and contributions.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in SAP FI S/4HANA Accounting.
• Strong understanding of user experience design principles and methodologies.
• Experience with prototyping tools such as Figma or Adobe XD.
• Ability to conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions.
• Familiarity with front-end development technologies to ensure seamless integration of designs.

This position is based at our Bengaluru office. A 15 years full time education is required.
