Accountable for prototype work and other software engineering solutions that create an optimized user experience. Translate design concepts to prototype solutions as quickly and tangibly as possible, with a balanced understanding of technical feasibility implications and design intent.

As a User Experience Engineer, you will be accountable for prototype work and other software engineering solutions that create an optimized user experience. Your typical day will involve collaborating with design teams to translate concepts into tangible prototypes, ensuring that the solutions are not only visually appealing but also technically feasible. You will engage in iterative design processes, gathering feedback and making adjustments to enhance user interaction and satisfaction. Additionally, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that the user experience aligns with overall project goals and objectives, contributing to a seamless integration of design and functionality.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME.
• Collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Facilitate workshops and brainstorming sessions to foster innovative ideas and solutions.
• Mentor junior team members to enhance their skills and understanding of user experience principles.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in SAP MM Materials Management.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
• Experience with prototyping tools such as Figma or Adobe XD.
• Ability to conduct usability testing and analyze user feedback.
• Familiarity with agile development processes and collaboration tools.
