As a User Experience Engineer, you will be responsible for creating innovative software engineering solutions that enhance user experiences. Your typical day will involve translating design concepts into tangible prototypes, ensuring that the solutions are not only visually appealing but also technically feasible. You will collaborate with various teams to refine these prototypes, making adjustments based on feedback and technical constraints, ultimately striving to deliver an optimized user experience that aligns with design intent and user needs.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME.
• Collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Facilitate workshops and brainstorming sessions to foster creativity and innovation within the team.
• Mentor junior team members to enhance their skills and understanding of user experience design.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP ABAP Development for HANA.
• Good To Have Skills: Experience with user interface design principles.
• Strong understanding of software development life cycle methodologies.
• Familiarity with agile development practices and tools.
• Experience in conducting user research and usability testing.

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP ABAP Development for HANA.
• This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
