Accountable for prototype work and other software engineering solutions that create an optimized user experience. Translate design concepts to prototype solutions as quickly and tangibly as possible, with a balanced understanding of technical feasibility implications and design intent.

Must have skills:

• SAP ABAP Development for HANA

Minimum 5 year(s) of experience is required. Educational Qualification: 15 years full time education.

In the role of User Experience Engineer, a typical day involves taking ownership of prototype development and delivering innovative software engineering solutions aimed at enhancing user interactions. This position requires transforming design ideas into functional prototypes swiftly, ensuring a harmonious balance between the technical possibilities and the original design vision. The role demands continuous collaboration with various stakeholders to refine and optimize the user experience, while actively contributing to the evolution of software products through creative problem-solving and iterative development.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead efforts to identify and implement improvements in user experience through prototype development.
• Facilitate effective communication between design and technical teams to ensure alignment on project goals.
• Mentor junior team members to support their growth and integration within the team.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in SAP ABAP Development for HANA.
• Strong knowledge of SAP ABAP programming concepts and HANA database integration.
• Experience in developing and optimizing code for SAP HANA environments.
• Ability to analyze and troubleshoot complex software issues within SAP systems.
• Familiarity with software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
• Capability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP ABAP Development for HANA. This position is based at our Bengaluru office. A 15 years full time education is required.
