Accountable for prototype work and other software engineering solutions that create an optimized user experience. Translate design concepts to prototype solutions as quickly and tangibly as possible, with a balanced understanding of technical feasibility implications and design intent.

Must have skills: SAP ABAP Development for HANA

Minimum 12 year(s) of experience is required. Educational Qualification: 15 years full time education.

As a User Experience Engineer, you will be responsible for creating and refining prototypes and software engineering solutions that enhance user experience. Your typical day will involve collaborating with design teams to translate concepts into tangible prototypes, ensuring that both technical feasibility and design intent are effectively balanced. You will engage in iterative design processes, testing and refining solutions based on user feedback, and working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that the final product meets user needs and expectations. Your role will also require you to stay updated on the latest trends in user experience design and technology, allowing you to bring innovative ideas to the table.

• Collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
• Facilitate workshops and brainstorming sessions to foster creativity and innovation within the team.
• Mentor junior team members to enhance their skills and understanding of user experience design.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP ABAP Development for HANA.
• Good To Have Skills: Experience with user interface design principles. Strong understanding of user-centered design methodologies. Familiarity with prototyping tools such as Figma or Adobe XD. Experience in conducting user research and usability testing.
