Test Automation Engineer

Use quality processes, automation tools, and methodologies to transform testing products and solutions. Run end-to-end quality engineering function with a focus on automation to improve control, accuracy and integrity.

Minimum 7.5 year(s) of experience is required.

15 years full time education is required.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME.
• Collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Develop and implement innovative test automation frameworks to enhance testing efficiency.
• Mentor junior team members in best practices for test automation and quality assurance.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in Test Automation Strategy.
• Strong understanding of various automation tools and frameworks.
• Experience in scripting languages such as Python, Java, or JavaScript.
• Familiarity with continuous integration and continuous deployment practices.
• Ability to analyze and improve existing testing processes and methodologies.
