Summary: As a Test Automation Engineer, you will utilize quality processes, automation tools, and methodologies to enhance testing products and solutions. Your typical day will involve running the end-to-end quality engineering function, focusing on automation to improve control, accuracy, and integrity in the testing process. You will collaborate with various teams to ensure that the testing strategies align with the overall project goals, contributing to the delivery of high-quality software products.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Develop and maintain automated test scripts to ensure comprehensive test coverage.
• Analyze test results and provide actionable insights to improve product quality.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Performance Testing Strategy.
• Strong understanding of automation testing frameworks and tools.
• Experience with performance testing tools such as JMeter or LoadRunner.
• Ability to design and implement performance testing strategies.
• Familiarity with continuous integration and continuous deployment practices.

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Performance Testing Strategy.
• This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
