Educational Qualification: 15 years full time education

Summary: As a Test Automation Engineer, you will transform testing into a continuous and efficient end-to-end quality engineering function through the use of quality processes, tools, and methodologies. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to enhance testing strategies, ensuring that quality is integrated throughout the development lifecycle, and leveraging innovative solutions to improve testing accuracy and efficiency. You will also focus on evolving predictive testing approaches that align with the latest industry standards and practices, ultimately contributing to the overall success of the projects you are involved in.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME.
• Collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Mentor junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge in automated testing.
• Continuously evaluate and implement new testing tools and methodologies to improve overall testing efficiency.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Automated Testing.
• Good To Have Skills: Experience with Selenium, TOSCA Testsuite.
• Strong understanding of test automation frameworks and best practices.
• Experience in developing and executing automated test scripts.
• Familiarity with continuous integration and continuous deployment processes.

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Automated Testing.
• This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
