Professional & Technical Skills: Proficiency in Configuration Database & CI Management, ServiceNow Tools Administration, ServiceNow ITOM Discovery. Experience with incident management and problem resolution processes. Strong analytical skills to assess and troubleshoot complex system issues. Familiarity with IT service management frameworks and best practices. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
