Technology Support Engineer

Resolve incidents and problems across multiple business system components and ensure operational stability. Create and implement Requests for Change (RFC) and update knowledge base articles to support effective troubleshooting. Collaborate with vendors and help service management teams with issue analysis and resolution. Must have skills: Enterprise Systems Monitoring Tools. Good to have skills: Event Management, Solarwinds Administration, Application Performance Management (APM) Architecture Minimum 2 year(s) of experience is required. Educational Qualification: 15 years full time education.

We are looking for an experienced Enterprise Monitoring Specialist with strong hands-on expertise in IPM, APM, NPM, DPM, Log Management, and Synthetic Monitoring. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of enterprise monitoring tools architecture, deployment, configuration, integration, and administration. Experience in scripting (Python, Shell) and familiarity with observability platforms is desirable. Must be available to work in 24x7 shifts.

Must Have Skills:

• Hands on Experience in minimum 2 Infrastructure and Network Monitoring
• Hands on experience in Log Management (e.g., Splunk, ELK Stack)
• Scripting (Python, Shell)
• Monitoring dashboard creation and alert configuration
• Experience with observability platforms

Good to Have Skills:

• Experience with cloud monitoring (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Familiarity with RPA tools
• Synthetic Monitoring tools
• Knowledge of ITIL framework
• Understanding of microservices and container monitoring

Job Requirements:

Key Responsibilities:

• Deploy, configure, integrate, and administer enterprise monitoring tools
• Design and maintain enterprise monitoring architecture and ensure tool interoperability.
• Develop automation scripts and workflows using Python and Shell scripting.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure monitoring coverage and performance visibility.
• Create dashboards and reports for performance analytics and incident response.
• Support day-to-day operations and ensure high availability of monitoring platforms.
• Contribute to the roadmap for monitoring tool enhancements and automation initiatives.
• Provide Level-2/3 support and troubleshooting for monitoring tools.
• Document configurations, procedures, and best practices.

Technical Experience: Minimum of 2 years of industry experience in administration of enterprise monitoring tools. Good understanding of enterprise tools architecture and scripting. Familiarity with observability platforms and log analytics is a plus.
