Key Responsibilities
- Good understanding of SQL queries and databases
- Handling customer technical support cases through email submission
- Knowledge and/or working experience with Relational Database Management Systems with Complex query handling skills
- Knowledge of Email Infrastructure
- Knowledge of JSON, XML Model

Basic Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of work experience
- Minimum 2 years of Basic Programming Language experience
- Communication Skills
- HS Diploma/ GED

- Bachelor's or Associate's Degree
